If you wish to return the product, we will fully refund the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges on any unopened and unused orders within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe in the quality of our product, and will replace or refund any items with manufacturer’s defects within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase in order to return the product and receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges, or to receive a replacement. You may be asked to document the defect so that we may evaluate the problem and determine whether the quality of the product you received is faulty, or if the damage is a result misuse or negligence. We will not replace or refund a product for damage due to misuse or negligence. Documenting any defects will assist us in furthering our quality control.
If you experience an adverse event from the use of LipoBelt MD, you must contact us immediately. We will refund the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges, only if this adverse event is reported within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The adverse event must be properly documented, preferably by a doctor’s evaluation or by photos. If the adverse event occurs on an individual who is not the purchaser and authorized user of the product, the refund will not be honored, though the event must still be reported.

If the return does not qualify or is incomplete, then our customer service will attempt to notify you of the additional steps required to qualify for a refund. In the event a product is damaged during shipment to you, LipoBelt MD, LLC will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided you notify LipoBelt MD, LLC customer service of the damaged shipment and provide proper documentation of the damage within 5 business days of receiving it. If you desire replacement parts or components after 30 days, these can be purchased on our website.
